Progress rear sway makin noise
I've had the Progress rear sway bar installed last week, and im gettin a hella loud clunkin back there.
My car is lowered 1.4" and I have not installed a rear camber arm yet, so im wondering if this is the problem. I know Big has the same problem too.
Any advice or ideas what the problem is?

It may be your exaust, one of the hangers may have torn allowing the exaust to move more and hit the bottom of the car. check it out.

Seems to do it no matter what im doing. straight over a small bump, or turning. to be honest, it sounds a little bigger than it hittin the exhaust, but that cud be (and likely is) just my mind imagining the worse.

look under the car and see if there are marks either on the exhaust or the bar where they might be touching. I don't see how else the bar could be making a noise like that. It isn't attached to anything but the chassis and endlinks. Unless you didn't tighten the control arm bolts enough.

you know, I think you may be onto something there, cuz the clunkin noise seems to lessen as the car warms up.
i havnt had a chance to really look around under there. Poor lighting and my flashlights outta batteries.
But I will mention this, if i push downwards repeatedly on the trunk, nothin. If i push the car horizontally repeatedly, I deffinately hear the noise. I cud figure this out if I had someone rock it while I look underneath with a flashlight.
