Did you install your WS exhaust yourself? If so than take you freakin stock catback and weigh it. Damn. Not that hard to do.

Just because it says 64 lbs on the box doesn't mean that's how much it weighs. You have to take into account the weight of the box, packaging, etc.

The exhaust probably actually weighs about 40 lbs.

Well there is only one way to be sure. Pull it out and put it on a scale. That should give ya your answer. I know my stock exhaust was about 50 lbs.

Yes I have an EX. Generally speaking aftermarket exhausts are lighter.

ex and lx cat-back are of different lenght..

you can just hold the exhaust and weight yourself.. then subtract how much you weight.. etc.

it might be more accurate.. since you can't exactly put the entire exhaust on the scale.

packaging, you'll be surprised, adds quite a bit into the weight.. i know its just cardboard etc.. but it could easily be 5 lb. all together.

i know for sure that the magnaflow catback was much heavier than the stock lx exhaust. it's probable cuz the whole thing is stainless with bigger pipes. not sure about the ws or the evo though.
