Question Those with Koni Yellows and Springs

I have Koni Yellows and Skunk2's and hate the skunks even though they give a nice low look to my car... They are just way too stiff... Was wondering who has koni yellows and what springs you have as well and how you would rate them... I'm considering the neuspeed race springs so long as it isnt as stiff as the sk2's because i still want the nice drop.

True coilovers are out of the question because of funds... which I should have just gotten the first time around.

Any suggestions?

thanks

Depends what kind dro pyou are looking for. If you want softer ride. You might want to try neuspeed sports or goldlines. Ive heard many good things about those springs. Nuespeed race springs if you are looking to get low drop.

I have the Neu. race and koni yellows, because the ride is decently low it is hard for the springs to be too stiff, and the shocks aren't as firm either with a lower drop, What tires are you on? i have stock si's so the ride quality is about an 8 1/2 out of 10, I like the aggresive feel that the ride gives me. I have my shocks turned all the way to soft with a half turn back, but when i autox its a whole differnet story. All in all, im happy with the combo

im referring to stiff = harder ride, not so much bouncy but hard.

are they still stiff even with the koni's on soft???
i have ground controls on stock shocks and they were WAY too soft for my liking...
Right now i have neuspeed race and they're a little too stiff for my taste
My neuspeed sports were just perfect except they didnt drop much...
I never rode in a car with skunk2s but i doubt they're stiffer than neuspeed race so if your not happy with skunk2s you wont be happy with race...

I have the Goldline Springs and Koni Yellow struts... This setup is perfect!!!!! The Goldline's are a softer rated springs so I adjusted my Koni's a little on the firm side ( a little past half-way) The ride quality is really good and i have 18" wheels with 215/35/18 tires...I highly recommend this setup!

i've played with the dampening (goldline & koni) I've played with both extremes, soft and firm. And i've dialed them in at full soft in front and 25% firm at the rear. The ride is great, and it handles better at this setting than it did when i was riding at almost 85% firm. try it
