2000 Civic DX Hatchback - alarm install

hey guys

I need some help installing an alarm in my sisters car.

I can't find two alike wiring diagrams that tell me the colour of the wires. Even the haynes manual has differing colours.

It might be that I'm looking in the wrong spot, though.

Where can I find the wires that run behind the fusebox? All the wires I have left to tap into actually run into the kick-plate fusebox.

any help would be great!

if anyone wants some tips for installing door lock actuators on a 2000 hatch, lemme know...it took me a couple of tries to get it mounted right, but it's finally in a sweet spot!

thanks!

can anyone help me out?

forget the fact that it's a 2000. Which wiring harness do you tap into for most of the stuff, regardless of year?

I've got the accessory, hot and cold done...where can I tap into the dome light, headlights, etc?

thanks!
