I think a couple of people in cali. have installed turbo kits and have passed emissions tests.. But I'm not 100% sure... Might wanna check the forced induction forum...

well it all depends on the tuning of the turbo, and whatnot, it can be maded to pass, and then you can boost it back up to where its illegal...

The turbo kits are not Carb legal but some peeps have passed emissions but there is no promises unless you know someone which is my plan. Hook me up Dragoon
