tein coilover

Hey guys

i have a dilemma here. I am meeting up with a seller whos selling a set of tein ss coilovers with the edfc for my acura tls. But the thing is its been used for 8months and has approx. 15000 miles on it. He is willing to give me a really good deal on it(800 installed) and i was about to get it. But then my other friend told me that tein coilovers are known to leak. What do you guys think? Should i get it? How long do you think the shocks will last me? Also, any know how long tein warrant their products?

Mike
