okay okay guys, help me out here...i've been reading about the neuspeed sports, and there
are mixed reactions...some of you say that its too stiff, but others say that neuspeed sports is
the best springs to get for comfort...
i currently drive a 2002 sedan w/ GS "webs" which are 15's..., and used to have progress
springs, which i hated! hated how the ride quality was, and how the back saged... should i be expecting the same if i get the neuspeed sports?
and! does neuspeed race have a harsher ride then sports? thanks alot guys!

springs that drop your car lower need to have higher spring rates because of the lessened suspension travel... so as a general rule of thumb when looking at springs, the lower you go usually = higher spring rate = harsher ride...
My neuspeed sport dont sag. They re guranteed not to sag too. As a matter of fact it seems the opposite. The rear looks higher than the front. I like the look because I think it just looks more agressive. My bro has race and his ride is way harsher than mine. I'm kinda satisfied with mine. I just wish that it was lower.

I didn't know Neuspeed Race were no sag guarantee... I didn't read anything about that, but mine don't sag anyway. The ride is equivilant to stock, unless you get 205/40/17 wheels and tres like me (bad ride). I love my Sports though, almost 1.5yrs and still on stock shocks *knock on wood*

sports rock on sedans, true they arent tuned for racing.. but when you like to take corners, it doesnt pick up every little bump
its just high enuff to not have to completly worry about your car scraping.. just your exhaust in the middle of your car

Allow me to beat a dead horse and say that the Neuspeed Sports are great if you're looking for a somewhat smoother ride and a mild drop. I just ordered Konis after riding on the stock shocks for 7 months. MILD...In every sense of the word. If your an extreme guy who wants to slamm it, then get something else. Oh, and I have 15s also.

I guess it would improve more than 205/40/17 because of a slightlyl taller sidewall, but then I don't think by much. The best ride you'll ever get is back on stock wheels. My next set of tires are going to be 205/45/17, whenever that will be... 215/45 is just too dang fat for our cars...
I have the 205/40/17 tires right now. I really dont have money for springs, but when I do I'll probly get the race springs and when my tires go out, I'll get 215's. What camber kit are you using, if any?
I need TP for my bunghole

They were on the ride for a week.

Dang, can't beat $70 + shipping. I got mine for $140 shipped to my door about a year and half ago. I got rear Ingalls cambers, cuz you wont need any in the front. They were $150. Plus you're gonna have to get alignment after that, so look to spend around $300+ for your suspension. If you get shocks, thats about another $500 for expensive *** KONIS. If I were you I'd just go on stock shocks, since they should last you around at least a year, depending on how you drive...
