which iridium spark plugs ?
^^^^ what he said!! I just installed mine today and they kick ***!!! I can seriously feel a difference!!! Alot better throttle response, and the engine runs alot smoother!!! you can find them on Ebay for $30 shipped!!
now i havent heard much about these plugs, do they really do much for us? i have always undertood that hondas and acuras like the stock plugs best and there are no noticeable differences from switching plugs to high end plugs. anyone got a dyno or maybe some good testamonials?
The improvements you feel from different brand new plugs is so miniscule that it is NOT worth the cost. The spark is created at the coils and transferred to the plugs. Iridiums do not create more energy. Fine tip spark plugs do create a spark more concentrated in one area, but the heat is no different than your everyday copper plugs. I use nothing but NGK or Champion coppers in my vehicles. They are inexpensive, perform well and are very reliable. Yes you do have to change them more often, but that's half the fun!

I bought my Iridiums because they are a colder rated plug. I have a turbo so it seems a lil more necessary. I would have never bought plugs if I still had a NA setup. But for my turbo, they made a decent difference.

You're all gonna laugh at me, but I bought some Bosch +2 or whatever from Autozone for $8, and I noticed a HUGE difference. Mainly because the stock plugs were pretty black after 41,368 miles or something like that. I mean, I know they won't last long, but they made a difference in how the car responds.
