Dented my fender.. Arrrgh!

So stoopid *** me this morning while backing out of my drive way failed to see the neighbors trash can. By the time I reacted it was too late. As I was turning and backing up, my front left tire catches the trash can wheel and lifts my car up and over it. When it came down, the trash can smashes into my fender.. grrr. ****. So I pull up and get out and assess the damage. I now have this huge *** dent in the fender that cant be popped out easily.
So my I wanna get it fixed now since it looks like ***. I'm gonna by me a new fender and just have it painted, with the intention of installing it myself afterwards.
Does/can anyone recommend a good paint shop in the San Jose/Santa Clara area? Or Bay Area.. I would just rather stick closer to home.
Thanks for any help, appreciate it.

Yeah its sucks to be me right now. I tried pushing it out as best I could without removing the fender liner. I'm gonna try again after I remove the liner and see what it looks like then. The dent has a sharp crinkle on it so its not gonna pop out easy.
hey there is a great place on San Pablo Ave, in Richmond. when i got in my accident he redid my whole front end paint and all the body work....the place is called Tag Restoration, the number is 510-215-tags (8247). he does awsome work.

Thanks for the replies. I'll check those places out.
Yesterday when I got home I removed a couple of the clips that hold the inner liner on and was able to pop more of the dent out. It looks better, but is still crinkled in a buncha of spots. I priced a new OEM fender from Capitol Honda, its gonna cost me ~167 bucks total with tax. The parts guy there said they refer peeps to a place called South Valley Inc. for most of the collision repair the come across. I called South Valley and they said about 200 bucks to get it painted... not sure if thats a decent price or not so I'm still looking around. Thx again.

I wouldnt mind having some CF parts but my Mercury Insurance deductable is 500 bucks. So I'm just gonna buy a fender(170 bucks total from Capitol Honda) and take my gas cap door off and bring them over to South Valley Inc for painting(about 200 bucks). They said that they need my gas cap door to color match it as close as possible since I dont have time to leave my car with them for a few days. The dood said they can get the colors pretty close this way without actually having to blend the paint from the fender into the door.

Yeah your shiz looks jacked up worse then mine lol. I went and bought my fender last Saturday. Gotta save up now to get it painted. Where did you get your fender painted at? I called around yesterday and got prices from 200-300 just to paint the fender itself.
I wouldn't recommend getting your fender painted where I got mine done. Mine got painted at a Chrysler dealer. The paint match was fine, some areas of it fish-eyed... but when rocks hit it, it chips.
If you were to look at my present right fender you can see how a small chunk of it just peeled off.
Unpainted fenders come black. Glad I have a dark colored car so it's a lil' hard to see.
