i would honastly keep the 7thgen if i was in your shoes ... a hatch wouldnt really much faster ... and your vic is allready cool ... so just keep it and maybe engine swap or turbo if you insist on speed

I want an 03 or 02 hatch new used depends on pricing but if i want to part out my car i want to trade with stock pieces front bumper with stock silver, carbon hood with stock silver etc. add on extra cash i'll keep my rims though and system evrything else is fodder.
