DO NOT get a tip...u really need to look into real performance upgrades on your car and not just fake bs like tips. Get a full catback exhaust system. Average price is between 300 and 500. If that sounds too pricey, then I suggest you leave your car alone, as it seems you don't really know what you're doing.
i have to agree with them if your gonna do somethign with aftermarket exhaust then do a whole exhaust, evreytime i see a muffler tip i simply shake my head in disappointment. Go with a whoel exhaust that way it sounds better also
I've got a tip, but I didn't put it on. It came on my car. Not bad I guess, but I plan on getting an exhaust after winter anyways. My opinion save some $ and get an exhaust if you're interested. A tip should be around $35-$45.

Now is this a fart/bumblebee tip or just a shiny finisher? Theres nothing wrong with the finisher, just do not get a fart tip. Theres a big long thread floating around about some inexpensive finisher, search for it. $69 is way too much for something that just bolts on and looks shiny.

Hello guys. . how's it going? Just here to say go with the tip. . If you don't have the money for a full exhaust, then you can do what I did and what Bellz did. . Just go with the Advance Auto chrome tip. . This thing is not even a 10 minute install and looks a lot better than stock. .
Some people don't have even $100 for an exhaust let alone $500 or $600, so go over to Advance Auto, spend less than $10, that's right less than $10, and get yourself a decent looking tip and a bottle of Pepsi. Go with the tip it's the inexpensive solution .. DO NOT, however, go with the fart cannon . .That's not necessary . . But a nice chrome tip, nothing too crazy, just makes it look a little better.
Remember an exhaust on our cars is going to do a lot of nothing unless you have some type of forced induction. . It's gonna make a lot of noise and give you crap for performance. So don't worry about it, unless you have a ton of money to blow on expensive, ineffective upgrades go with the $6 tip.
And lastly, remember it's your car, don't listen to anyone tell you how to mod your car. Not even me. Just go with what you like for the amount of money you have to blow.
Happy modding. BTW here is the thread boilermaker was talking about. . enjoy!!!

Yeah! what Pheaton said...
I got the tip to simply dress up the boring, little tailpipe. I don't intend to do an exhaust setup myself. It's just noise and not enough HP gains for the money. ...and i hate the fartcannon sound that most of them makes.
Anyway, here's a pic of mine. It looks like a stock tip, well worth the money.
