According the the Owners manual, the timing belt should be replaced every 110,000 mi/176,000 km or 7 years, which ever comes first. This is for both the Normal and Severe schedules.

I thought the belt needed to be replaced at 80,000 miles and a tune was required at 110,000 miles, I might be wrong but thats what I thought.

10k km's? Or do you mean 100k km's? (i.e., 100,000 )

Actually, flotsamm is right about what the manual says. But it does add that in very cold or very hot temparatures, it should be changed at 100,000 km/60,000 miles.
