I have a revo technica short shifter and an rsx base shift ****. How do people get the **** to sit so low? Do you have to cut the shaft of the shifter or what? Mine just sits way too high.

Mine sits at the height of the old OEM shift ****, just the boot comes up higher.

is ur revo shorten at all? the height of the stick? compare to the stock's assembly?

you may have one that wasn't cut... *shrug*

the stick is shorter than compared to stock. but i think there are just too many treads for the **** to sit low. i've seen some pics with people with the revo short shifter and rsx **** and theirs sits so low, but mine is so high.

i just installed my revo this weakend and my **** is a ton lower than that. it is almost in the boot.
