Help! Garage door opener!

Can anyone hook it up? Heheh.

Anyway, yes, I don't have a garage door opener and I'm sick and tired of opening the door manually. Anyway...

I have a one piece garage door and I was wondering are all garage door openers compatible with the door I have?

Should I get chain or belt?

And another thing, is it hard to install one?

i would say get a chain one. i dont know if the are hard to put in, but you can buy universal remotes, and it tells you how to program it, i did it in a house my parents rent out, it was not that hard.

I was thinking of getting this (click here). It looks like a good deal, and yes I am thinking of installing it, actually me and my brother-in-law. Some people said it's not hard including my couzin that werks at Home Depot and some said it's hard... Was is it really? Oh well, you think if I get the garage door opener that I just picked will come with everything including the railiings or any necessary hardwares?
