Question How do I take these things off?

I thought there was a DIY for this, but I guess I will post here maybe someone can link something or tell me quick.

I want to take off the 2 plastic lining pieces that surround the driver side and passenger side vents. I also want to take off the piece that surrounds and engulfs the 2 inside door handles. I want to paint these 2 pieces black.

Do these pop off, screws anywhere? Anyone have info for me?

I tried searching to no avail.

take a small flat head srew driver and wrap the end in a small cloth and then pry very gently and they will come right out. I am painting my trim pieces around my vents right now on the last coat of protective gloss

I was actually able to get the vents off without even using a screwdriver. just angle the vents down, get a good grip with your hands and pull. It should just pop out. I didn't run into any problems at all
