looks like you got the oem lip kit...that wouldn't interfere with the lifts...i use to do it myself until i dropped it then i used some homemade ramps i made from 2x4s but still was too much trouble so i just go to the dealership and pay 21.95 to change it...

You could try HAMMERING a small socket (13mm?) into the stripped bolt. Sort of like what people do with stripped wheel locks...
I stopped changing the oil in my civic after oil from the filter nearly burned my arm. lol!

Yeah, Vise grip that bad boy. If that dont work, get a massive cresent wrench like what plumbers use. Tighten that ish so hard that it doesnt move and it'll loosen right up.

er.. does that adjustable wrench have enough leverage??
you shouldn't be using that... you might not have enough torque to get that bolt going.
although it shouldn't be torqued very much..

and JOO, what are you doing using an adjustable wrench?! those things were not meant for taking out tight bolts... they're meant for taking out a lot of different size bolts to save time (so you don't have to keep finding the right size)
go buy yourself a socket wrench set in mm (everything on our car is in mm), good investment...

you guys need to find better shops... the one i goto has a nice lift. i just drive in the garage, they put the 4 adjustable arms where the jacking points are and lift my car up. so ya dont have to worry about going over bumps or ramps. if you cant clear the 4 adjustable arms(which are pretty small) they'll even jack up the car by hand. best of all they only charge $10

Take it back to te shop that overtighten it in the first place and tell them that they stripped it and see what they say. They can always put your car on jackstands to get the oil plug off. I used to go to Jiffylube or Grease Monkey because they have in ground pit that don't mess with your car.
