Rear window leaking?

Rear window leaking?
Yesterday i was cruising with one of my friends, when i noticed that on the passenger and drivers side of my car, there was water flowing down from the small little windows (its a coupe). I pulled over and removed the plastic pieces from the side and found the water was coming from the top of the rear windshield, has anyone ever experienced this and maybe knows how to fix it?
