Clicking sound when shifting

Ok, well ... there is a clicking sound whenever I shift into a gear and release the clutch. I can feel it in my gas pedal when I release the clutch too ... I was thinking it was my tranny ...

my tranny bracket is also not screwed in (don't ... ask ...) so I was thinking that may be the problem ... but I doubt it ...

any insight ... ?

I thought I had something similar happening to me, turns out my floor mat had slid up and was catching the edge of the clutch pedal when pushed in.

no, it's really annoying me now, yesterday i decided to drive home from work with no music and everytime the engine was slowing down with the clutch enaged, I would hear a big click, also when i went to step on the gas (with the clutch engaged) I would hear the click again......when slowing down and speeding up, it click at different rpms...anyone has any insight on this?

check to see if you have shaft play in your pass. side axle.....a "friend" at Honda in service told me that Honda may be issuing a recall soon for play in the shaft, the axles have been a big problem from what I hear, my car did the same thing, new axle and its gone
