Angry clicking or creaking question... help!!!

everytime i make a right hand turn no matter if i go fast or slow my car will make a clicking noise while im turning. i have taken it to several places and no one can find anything wrong.. honda said my wheel baring is fine, and another place said my cv boot should be fine to since it isnt leaking. what could it be???????? help this noise has been happening since about 3 months.. i have ground control coil overs and stock shocks.. the front right side is the only side making that noise.

you need to search.. this topic has been covered many times.. there might even be a diy to fix it.. but ill tell you whats happening and what u need to do...
ok whats happening is the spring is turning on the metal purch that it sits on .... metal turnin on metal is what is making the noise . what u need to do is get some thin rubber and line the perch where the spring sits thus allowing the spring to sit on the rubber and not contact the metal perch. this should solve the problem.

if all that dont work, maybe it could be that your lug nuts aren't tight enough? i know that make a clicking sound if they're loose..
