yup, just swap both trannies and maybe get a new ecu. you do have an auto lx right?

continously variable transmission, unlike a regular auto trannny with planetary gears, a cvt has a belt and two pullies (that act like gears) that can change their size giving a infinite amount of gear ratios

Anything is possible if you have the money, but i dont think it will work with a stock LX engine. The HX engine has Vtec so the LX non-vtec may not work with the HX ECU and therefore not work with the Tranny. You would have to swap out the entire engine, ecu, and tranny, which would not be worth the time or money.

It may be worth it if i trade my engine for his............nah! i luv my CVT!!!
