Denso Iridium spark plugs
well i was curious if upgradin my spark plugs to the Denso Iridium IK20 spark plugs was worth it. its like 12 bucks for 1 so for 4 plugs it comes around 50.00 and thats a lot. So does anybody have these in their car and is it worth it. i read its only good for forced induction cars, is that true ?? I'm actually considerin hookin up a 50shp of NX soon soooo ......

I bought some new IK22's (1 step colder) off of TwilightX for something like $35. They're worth it at that price!
I can now chirp 2nd at 6,000rpm instead of at 7,000rpm. A noticeable power increase after you drive around for a while... Better starts and smoother idle as well.

i brought gap measurement at AutoZone to measure these gap i had...one of my denso ik20 is not .04 gap.....so do i really need all 4 in same cap, i means exact .04 gap factory spec, if one is not 0.04, so its still work fine right? also do you think is too early to upgrade my spark if my miledgae only 27,500.
thanks ur input

It doesn't matter, they are both about the same. And to let you know MIT, you are NOT SUPPOSED to gap Iridiums. They are pregapped. You can ruin the tip if you try to gap them.

I redline constantly, so I should be all set. All you need to do is give them a little more heat to burn off the deposits. I'll check my plugs in a little while to check if they're allright. One step colder is not much anyway...
