Increasing the available fuel to the car's fuel injectors enables the car to make more horsepower with forced induction. I.e. when you force more air into a car you must also force more fuel into it to keep the motor running at a proper mixture.

However, putting a high volume fuel system into your car will not add any horsepower on its own. The ECU will only supply the amount of fuel it decides the engine needs.

cryption should not be trusted
if you really want power get a lighter clutch and flywheel, if you get a clutch thats 4 pounds lighter it will have the same effect as taking 200lbs off of the car. It doesn't add horsepower, but if the car is lighter it will be quicker with less weight. The rotational weight it would have to deal with would be less, therefore less effort etc.
