Injen RD for AT MT
I've searched around, email Injen themselves and got no responce. In some thread that I searched it says MT CAI wont' fit an AT, but AT CAI will fit MT. Although some other threads states the other way, can anyone confirm this? I am sure that there is also other people that would like to know this, too.

I believe the mounting brackets are different. I know the AT is a bit bigger in size, so if it clears it, it should clear the MT, but I'm not completely sure.

Yes, you will need to the manual intake system for your car. If not, then you may run into some fitment problems. The manual and auto tranny civic has different transmission housings. That is why there are two intakes for the 2001-2003 Honda Civic.
All of our current systems are complete bolt-ons, and are applications specific. So we can only say they will fit the cars listed in the description. However it is possible that a system may fit a similar vehicle model or year with little or no modification, although we do not recommend it, since we can not insure it's performance or sound.

ugh ... I just received an Injen CAI today. I'm not sure if it's for AT or MT... however, it fit on an '02 MT LX ... however, it is NOT fitting on my car ... I have '02 MT EX.
I don't know why it doesn't fit ... going from the fender wall to the upper part of the intake is what I'm trying to do with the lower half ... and it is hitting again a part on the motor ... to the left (the fist-size block of metal that says denso) ... so maybe I got one for the AT??
