1. remove console around E-brake handle (see DIY section: excellent pics)
2. cut off plastic cover to expose metal underneath. NOTE: plastic handle part is glued to metal frame underneath.
3. remove button cap (will not fit through the MOMO adapter peice)
4. Use a hack saw and cut off 1 inch of metal: you will see a hole on the passanger side of the the metal housing (DO NOT cut the ebrake cord inside the metal housing)
5. with pliers squeeze the metal housing end you cut together to make a cone shape at the button side (Allows for a tighter fit) NOTE: you don' t have to do this.
6. put boot over metal housing (don't use the velcro)
7. put your adapter into the MOMO E-brake handle and slide it on the metal frame. It will feel loose BUT it will tighten up nicely.
8. Use 3 of the 4 allen screws (Don't use the side facing the driver seat (hole in metal housing). Tighten them down till secure.
9. Roll your boot over the handle end and put your console back together (it will slide over the brake handle.
10. Stand back and admire.

There is no button with the MOMO Ebrake handle. I removed the OEM button cover (silver in color) and am searching for a cover that will work.

Well I went ahead and did it. I remove the silver button with a set of pilers, then with a razor blade cut that shitty rubber boot. Replace it with a black leather/ silver stich boot and a silver type-r handle. Looks nice to me. I try to get pics up.
