Denso doesn't have an iridium app?
Denso doesn't have an iridium app?
If this doesn't belong here, Mods, please feel free to move it.
I'm looking for a set of Denso Iridium plugs for an 03 EX. Denso doesn't list an app on their site so I figured they simply haven't updated it so I give them a call.
In a response that totally surprised me, they don't have one. I spent quite awhile on the phone with their sales rep who said that he didn't have a listing for an 03 but did for 02.
Here we are 8 months into the year and this company who wants to sell plugs to people doesn't have an application? What am I missing? There isn't anything extra special about the 03 VTEC, is there? This shouldn't be that hard.
I also called NGK with the same question 'cuz they don't have a listing either. This time I got genuine voice mail from a generic , no-name person saying they'd call me back. (tap, tap, tap) (yawn) (watch TV) I'm going to bed now. Maybe tomorrow.... I doubt it.

MIT,
My post contained a good bit of sarcasm. It was more of my sense of frustration with the whole idea of these plugs being greatly hyped and promoted yet both companies haven't taken the time or effort to either update their sites or provide current info to their sales staff.
It was just me with my lips flaping... Still, there is a sense that these companies could do a little bit more to "get out the message" especially since we're now in the last 1/3 of the year.
