Removing Interior Roof Panel?

Hey everyone, there is a terrible rattle in my roof, coming from the back part of my roof when my sub is hitting. You can't hear it inside, but when someone is outside, it is loud as hell. I don't think honda will fix it because I have a sub and they will probably say that my sub caused it. So how would I go about removing that roof panel in order to fix this rattle?

Dude its probally your rear deck!! My rear deck rattles to. What you hear rattling outside your car is your jack and tools, I had to take the jack bag out so it wouldnt rattle anymore, you should try that.

dont know if its the same on 7th gens, but ive done it on several cars before: remove all your pillars, remove your visors, take the cover off of your dome light and unscrew it, unplug it and remove it, remove your passangers side handle and your clothes hook behind the drivers seat, at that point the roof should just fall down.

Trust me I know what your talking about. You dont need to remove the panel, just get a small thin piece of foam or spongy kinda stuff, hey I used an old envelope with a letter in it, and just stick it in the center and the back of the car, and worked for me.
