houston tire gods, i call upon thee....

Anyone here from the houston area that has a hookup on mounting and balancing tires.

Or more particularily just have a hookup on tires in general.

Thanks a lot.

yeah, they want $80 to mount and balance the tires. Walmart wants a little over $40. worse comes to worse, I might just go there.

I work at the hwy 6 location.. the 6000 block just south of 529...

Dude! 40 or 80 is outrageous.. it's so easy to mount and balance.. I do it many.. many times each day..

What prices are they giving you for the tires.. was it more than the like 420 something I told you..?

That is good though.. mine when i got them where 121.24 after tax for my 1 yoko es100 205/40/17... good choice in tires btw.. the sideway is nice.. although I hate mounting and balancing low pro's.. they are such a bitch.. the sidewalls are so still on the es100.. damn... but that is a good trait in a tire..

see the thing was, I was going to order from tire rack for $77 and get them mounted and balanced elsewhere. I called up discount tire, and they said it was gonna cost $20 per tire to mount and balance. If I bought the tires from them, they would do it for free, but the tires were gonna cost $100 plus tax. What I already ordered the tires from tirerack, and I found a place that will mount and balance for $30. not too bad. Anyways, I just wanted to say thanks for the input and all the help.
