throttle linkage DIY'ers, quick question...
ok, i finally went in to do the throttle linkage DIY mod. but i just was about to start when i realized there is 2 linkages that go to the TB. one goes to the bronze/gold colored wheel, and the other goes to a black colored rotator with a stopper... heres a pic i just took.
the green arrow points to the one to the gold wheel and the red arrow points to the black wheel.
i would assume that its the gold wheel cable that needs the adjusting, since that what usually controls the butterfly valve. but i'm just double checking.
... ok so i do is loosen the nut on the left of the bracket, then tighten the one on the right, correct? the cable is connected to the black boot-like assembly with the threads, right? so if you just thread the bolts up it'll move the assmbly away from the TB and tighten the cable, right?
