Pulled over at the car show?
did anyone get pulled over this weekend? I heard that Saturday night, popo's were pulling everyone over left and right. I didn't get pulled over once. And on the way home on Sunday night, I only saw one car get pulled over and that was a pick up truck that was super duper low!!!

Rep Power: 0 just because they were done up and more than likely, they had something illegal that's installed on their cars. I mean, enough cars had BOV's and that's illegal.

i know ppl who even got tickets going into the dkn..... there were two cops sitting at the entrance as we were all lining up..... it was ridiculous....

they setup inspection station in markham district highschool (heard on clubsi)
and they will tell any car with rims or lowered or exhaust to get into the station and inspect and many cars got tickets for illegal muffler, too low (the car was towed right away), licence plate cover...etc (u get the idea)
it is a pure cash grab by the government so i didnt bother going

Rep Power: 0 I was more than ready for them but no confrontations with the five'0 for me. So can't complain... I said to my nephew on the way out that most stops probably would have been setup south of the fairgrounds and we had to go north to go home. Cops where I am from are really cool and just give me a stare when I drive by but someone knows everyone here.

Rep Power: 0 Mccowan was bad. On the way to the show on Saturday they had 6 cars pulled over at once with 6 officers there right infront of an entrance to a subdivision. They were going a little overboard with it.

by the way was the truck you are talking about purple on air bags? if so that is a buddy and he got mad geez in tickets and had to have his truck towed back to kingston that alone was 800 and the rumour i heard it 8000 in fines which is nuts so he will be going to court to i expect.....
join in a go to court if you got a ticket lets jam that markham court and have something donw about this ****

I was bringin up the rear when my club rolled out. I passed two of our guys and when I looked in the rearview they were gone.
My celly was dead so I couldn't call them. I pulled into an empty community centre parking lot and waited there for over 30 min and they finally passed. They spotted me and pulled in. One said he got hassle over his muffler, and the other got hassled for his clear rear turn signal bulbs. Both got checked for ride height. Can we say CASH GRAB?

On another note,
I thought Kingston was a small town.... but there's nuff cars with fart cans racing down princess st like idiots....... hella noisy, and cops dont seem to care, certainly nothing like Toronto police, LOL.

yea there are alot of idiots that race up and down princess. thye are the ones that make trouble for anyone else here that have anything done to their cars the cops get made about racing on princess and take it out on all with anyhting done to their car. they are usually highschool kids out with moms car that are dumb enought to race on the main street in kingston.

Rep Power: 0 um i dont buy from them they are kinda expencive there is another shop opening on friday called edge motorsports and it is suppose to have better prices it is a guy i kinda know opening it. it is close to home depot to.
