Question Anyone unsealed their TYC taillights?

I'm interested to see if anyone has unsealed a set of TYC Taillights for our cars? If so what steps did you take, and what is the best method. Any information will be greatly appreciated. The reason I'm unsealing them to paint them Rallye Red! So far I have never seen this done with the TYC's and was curious how it would look...so I'm gunna do it...lol

Here is a photo of the black set of TYC Taillights (attached to this thread)(mine are all chrome but will be like the ones in this photo except the black will be Rallye Red).
