NEED ADVICE ON TICKET..driving without valid proof of insurance
well..its for my mom..she basically got pulled over she had a month old expired proof of insurance (she has esurance and she forgot to print out the current valid one)...so the officer gave her a ticket for having an invalid proof of insurance...now, under the ticket it says non correctable....does this mean when she goes to court she cant just show the judge the valid certificate? someone told me that theyll drop the charge but im a bit confused where it says not correctable...anyone wanna help me shed light on this...thanks in advance

She should be able to go down to the courthouse with the valid proof of insurance and they'll drop the charges. I think that ticket is IF she doesn't show proof that she had valid insurance at the time the ticket was issued.
Crack kills... But then again... So do I...

^^^Correct... Depending on your state and local laws however she may still be forced to pay court costs regardless of the ticket being dismissed. As long as the printed insurance shows that at the time of the infraction she was covered by a valid policy. It is a non-correctable offense because you cannot go back in time in order to be covered during that time in the event that the policy was not renewed.
