so i was late to class and i decided to take the carpool lane, sure enough some pig pulls me over. Heard its gonna cost me like 300 bux. was wondering if there's anyway for me to fight this cuz i dont have 300 bux layin around. thx

nope its pretty obvious what those lanes are for and with in car cameras its not worth it. See if you cant get driving school or something other then that just suck it up.

here are my suggestions to you for fighting a ticket.
was it CHP? if it was..... dont try it. they can drive around anywhere in california and would gladly show up for court.
was it police? if it was, it depends on which court you'll be at and what day and which agency..blah blah blah...
Sheriff?..... haha they're like court police so ..... no way.

but if you do decide to fight it.... get as long an extention as you can possible so that the cop might not remember and not bother to show up. and maybe try mondays if any day cuz it's the busiest day

i suggest pays it and take the traffic school, you can do it online if it's the first ticket 18 months of you last ticket(if any). and get away without a point
