Hey,

I just got a motor validation ticket today, Im just wondering beacuse i never got a noticed or anything like im just wondering if i can fight or lower the ticket? i didnt know that my validation was over by 3 months. And i just recently just moved, so that probably why i never got the notice, Im going to plea guilty to the charge...the fine was set @ $85 but they are charging me $110 dollars. Im just wondering if i told them my situation would they lower the fine or anything like that?

Anyone got any input about this problem? or have experienced this problem before would be nice!
