Thumbs down dam pickup

well i was coming home from work tonight and as i was apporaching my turn (right turn) my light was green. it was the right turn arrow. as soon as i gas it, this pickup is FLYING toward me. i slam on the brakes and he turns into my turning lane. so im pissed and drive toward him. i finally catch him at the next red light and get his plates and telephone number since it had it all over his car. im pretty sure its a company car. so my question now is can i report this or not? and if i can, where do i do it? and to make me even more pissed, he flicked a STILL LIT cig out of his window going 70+ in a 50 zone and HIT MY FVCKING CAR. so yea, thats it. i need some help here. thanks.

bout the only thing you can do is report it to his company if its a company car. since no damage was done, the officer would have had to witness the wreckless driving to pursue it further.
