well i found out why it got dropped. one of my moms good friends wroks with the daughter of the DA of my hometown, and she talked to her dad about it, then he talked to the judge that i talked too about my first speeding ticket when i was a juvenille, and he is a hard *** that believes in justice. well he was told what happened, adn he made a call to the DA's office over here in lafayette and talked to them about it. when i talked to him about why he called, he just told me "i had a little chat with them, and dont ask anymore questions" hahah i was so pumped when he told me that

FANTASTIC!!! Congrats man and let that be a lesson to everyone, no matter what kind of runaround they try to give you, if you believe you really have a legitimate argument, DON'T GIVE UP!

Great news, glad to hear it worked out!

Also good to know your first thing was juvi and that you didn't have to use the deferral process for this one, because that means you still have that option in case you get busted for something in the future --- but don't!

but it was night, midnight about. but it got dropped anyways cuz i know people that know important people lol. that was weak, but i dont care. but yah man it got thrown out before my court date
