Ok.. check this out...
The last time I missed my court hearing for trespassing and they gave me this bench warrant to reschedule another court hearing, but this time the hearing was like in the main court (where all criminals are being sentenced or something like that) where they give you the sentece for your violation... the judge said that if I plead guilty.. I would have to pay $500, 40-hour community service. and 30-day court probation (I don't even know what this is).... anyway, I plead NOT GUILTY... so I have to go to another hearing on Nov 28... THE QUESTION is.... is the fine of $500 gonna go up if they find me guilty? yes? no? some people say most likely I will be found guilty and the fine will GO UP.. What Should I Do!? What Do I Do!? How Do I fight for it? Can anybody help me out here please!

I dont know the details of the case but I would like to...what were the circumstances of the trespassing??
You didnt show up to court the first time= Failure to Appear warrant from the bench
The next court you went to was an Arraingment...where they ask how you plead, and you might have spoken to the prosecutor ref any plea bargains...
The plea bargains are always gonna be better then the sentence if your found guilty...thats why its called a bargain. The state gets a conviction and you get less of a sentence.
Im guessing if your found guilty the judge could put you in jail, where the plea bargain brings no jail time.
