Civic in a wreck: Long and a few questions

Last night, after my plans of going out were cancelled due to heavy rain, i decided to go and grab something to eat. Its raining pretty hard, and i pull up behind a Chevy 2500 HD on a traffic light. We are both stopped, im about 200 feet away from the Taco Bell when all of a sudden, BAM!!!!!!!!!1

An old chevy malibu runs into the back of my car, and sends me running into the truck in front of me. My trunk, my my hood, my TYC projectors, my Tsunami front bumber and Xenon rear valance, all smashed. The AC stops blowing right there and i hear this foul smell coming out from the front of the car which ofcourse means there is some internal damage too.

Now for the worse part, turns out that stupid SOB that hit me doesnt have insurance, neither does he have a driver's license. The cops show up, but all they can do is tow his car which btw has inspection and registration expired since 2003. His car is not too bad of a condition in, considering its a piece of **** anyway, the truck i ran into, a couple of minor scratches. My civic, double penetrated....UGHHHH!!!!!!!!!

The guy in the truck, wants to claim in on my insurance, i told him, my insurance company wouldnt pay him anything since it was not my fault. Can he affect my driving record because the stupid SOB ran into my first?

I drive the civic with non-owners insurance under my name and full coverage under my dad's name since the car is titled under my dad's name. Will my dad's insurance company make a fuss about fixing a car under un-insured motorist if im not on my dad's policy and i was driving?

Any help would be appreciated and sorry for the long rant

first things first, get a copy of that police report for records.
it wasnt your fault for the truck in front of you that you hit (as i believe)...it was the driver that rear ended you causing you to force your vehicle into his.
once you report ANY kind of accident thats worth $500+, it will always be on your insurance record. even if you were not at fault. however, any accident regardless who did it or didnt, will show a accident record on your DMV driving record.

im not sure how your insurance company works. but if you were under 18 at the time, your fathers policy should cover it. *thats the loop hole btw...drivers under 18 are insured under legal parents*

this is what you should do or what i would do if i were you:
1) get a copy of the police report
2) get the information for all 3 parties (DL number, plate number, insurance policy, names, etc)
3) sue the driver man that rear ended you (civil court) to pay for your vehicle damages since he doesnt have insurance or even a goddamn DL

OR

simply ask the driver who rear ended to pay the repair bill for your vehicle. make sure you write/type out a contract for all 3 parties for this one if you do. keep it for records.
if a police report has not been filed, i suggest you to type out a statement of what happened and have all 3 parties sign it with dates. include "who, what, when, where, how"

if he or she refuses, simply call your insurance and file a claim. tell them exactly what happened, like who, what, when, where, how, etc. when they get all the info they need, they will contact the other parties insurance. as for the driver with no insurance, only thing you can do is have him or her pay the repair bill. if he or she refuses that, then sue for civil court case. (remember, BRING THE POLICE REPORT AS IT HAS YOUR STATEMENT AND EVERYONE ELSES ON IT!)

i am not sure if you are liable for the truck in front of you, but 200 feet is real far and thats not tailgating for sure. so the driver that rear ended you can use that argument against you. how fast did the driver rear end you anyways?

goodluck
