Shouldn't it say the price on the ticket?

trespassing, well it depends on if it was criminal or just regular trespassing, I would assume its not CRIMINAL trespassing cause you would have been arrested on the scene. As far as the intake and tresspassing fines, i am not sure cause it varies from different juridictions.

Also, MOVED TO LEGAL/LAW FORUM.

whatever you do, dont plead guilty. trespassing violations are so common. you have a great chance to fight it just because trespassing isnt so strict in california. take photos, show you didnt see the sign, it was dark, you didnt know, your first time visiting this city, etc.

hmmm it was really really really really STUPID! here's what happened.. late at night I stopped by at my ex girlfriend's house.. and notice there were people "RACING" in this remote area.. out of my curiousity.. on my way home I stopped by to check it out what's up.. and after 15 mins or so cops came.. well I panic so I drive to this dark place which I didn't know it was a dead end (and yes, it was a really dark place).. I park over there for couple of minutes and I knew I was gonna get pull over anyway so I just waited for the cops.. there's no point of running away because cops were all over... eventually I got tickets for trespassing and my intake... SHOULD I PLEAD "NOT GUILTY" (on trespassing) TO THIS? I don't wanna pay expensive fines for trespassing all in all.. that was so stupid!!!

The intake ticket should be a "fix it" ticket....put your stock intake on and have it written off...pay the 10 bux and thats it...as for trespassing...dont plead guilty!!!

You can get off real easy man, just tell the truth, except you were not trying to evade police, only you realized once you got there that they were racing and you thought it would be a good idea to leave. How can you be responsible if you got lost in the dark???

How can you be responsible if you got lost in the dark??? Also who owned the property, i thought someone had to press charges unless it is state property, but till like i said, lost in dark.
