I sent payment for a wheel to an individual and haven't recieved the wheel yet. I have email records of him getting the Money Order and saying he will ship soon. Anything legal can be done? It has been 30 days. Thanks

hey uh, if its ebay or pay pal you can dispute it. so yeah you should have the other half of the moeny order. i mean the half that shows you bought it. call them up and ask if it has been honored yet. so then you can figure it out. if it has you can do a complaint on ebay. if its a private sale then that sucks for you. keep trying to contact them. have fun.
^x2. your last resort is to make him bluff and quit his game. therefore, email him and let him know you'll be filing a small claims (civil claims) against him with the proof of emails, the location and name you sent the MO to, etc. try to make it brief and to the point.
dont email him saying "hey jerk face, my dads a cop and my moms a lawyer, your messing with the wrong guy pal. as soon as file this claim against you, your gonna get it" lol
make it professional and sound like your an elder man who can take care of himself. dont threaten the man just yet...
