Does Canada have a height requirement?

Well walking around Toronto this past week I saw a white modified CRX with skull and crossbone rims. Anyway, he had been pulled over and the cop was talking to hi about how low his body kit was. This leads to my question, is there any height requirement on vehicles in Canada? I don't wanna come off sounding like a total dumbass, but I know what I heard and I just wanted sum sort of confirmation or something.

Xenin is an unknown quantity at this point
from my foggy memory, the wheels should not be tucking under the fenders.

There is no law about ride height at all... As long as the tires don't rub, and no part of the car touches the ground at rest(airbags/hydros are different) then its 100% legal.

Just make sure you can turn the wheels lock to lock without rubbing on anything and you'll be fine.

Ah... ok... and no I'm not driving up there... I was walking around downtown Toronto when I saw a car get pulled over and the cop was talking to him about his kit. It just sparked my curiosity.
