Got A ticket for.....
Well a while back I ran a stop sign. I was looking at the ticket today and my last name is spelled wrong! Anyone know If I can get out of paying for the ticket due to the wrong name on the ticket?

I got a ticket and the cop didn't write down what type of radar he used. I thought that I was going to get lucky and get out of it until I learned that the law changed and the cop wasn't obligated to write it down.

if they get your gender wrong, spell your last name wrong and write down the wrong license plate, you will get off. Having Coblowski instead of Codlowski (for example) wont do anything.
However, if it's like "John Smith" when it should be "Paul Dundee", then obviously the cop was smoking hemp and you will get off most likely
