yea so its been about a year and three months since my last ticket and the last one was a speeding ticket. but now just yeturday i got a another ticket, but this time it was for an illegal u-turn. dammit! well anyways my question is would i be able to take traffic school for this ticket? my court date is in 2 weeks and i am just wondering because i am getting different answers from friends about this(fomr friends that had experience from it or asked a reliable source). so yea any help from you guys would be nice.

honestly that is up to the judge to decide if you can get traffic school again.

in california, you can take traffic school 1 time every 18 months.

the judge makes the call, hope you dont get a ******* one.

^^^ damn thats what all my friends are saying too...man i REALLY hope that i could take traffic school.

well its been about 3 weeks or so and i got the court date and stuff in the mail yesturday and it says i am eligible for traffic schoo! woohoo now i dont have to pay more in my insurance than i have to. well then its on to about 8 to 12 hours of online traffic school for me. and about $187 + $24 + traffic school total for my ticket. and now i have to wait just a bit longer to get my wheels, tires and suspension. but oh well no point on my record!
