Can Anyone Run Plates?
Can Anyone Run Plates? I need someone who can run a plate to get a name for me. Its an Illinois plate, they threw stuff at my car on the road. It was a older red neon that had a STREET RACING banner on the back (GET REAL, A NEON) The plates are BALOO86. They have done this to me a number of times now.
If anyone can help please let me know.

i think you can visit your local police department and file a report of some sort. it'd be even easier if you had someone in the car or know someone who saw the scene when it occured. goodluck.

I can get them if it is in texas... get the name address date of birth etc... it is a nice little plus having family in the repo business

hahaha! i guarantee you they'll be crawling on the ground with 6-9 police officers wrestling them to the ground, and they might get beat up too, and that's a plus...
just my .05 hehehe I did it before to my jerk *** boss! but that was just with out the gun on his hand line but it worked 2mins later here comes the trooper haulin *** pullin him to the side

it came up as being either a 93 dodge avenger or a 93 dodge caravan.
EDIT: maybe it was a neon, because i just checked and the registration of the avenger expired in 6/30/04.

Rep Power: 309 cops don't care.. some ***** hit my car in houston and I called the cops later that day.. ( I didn't have my cell phone) and they said there was nothing they could do unless there are witnesses or if you call and then follow them so the cops can meet up w/ you and him. that is what HPD told me. I was like thanks for nothing and found my cuz to run the plates for me. I won't say whether or not I have made or will make a visit to mr russell. lol

i DID call the cops when it happend to me, and they said they were to busy! a f-ing HIT and RUN basically and they were too "busy".. so now i gotta find someone to run the plates so i can deal with this illigal immigrant myself
