getting officer's notes

I take notes of why I pull someone over and any statements they make...so if they fight the ticket in court I have all the info I need and some quotes from the driver.
You wouldnt have access to those though...I write them on the back of the ticket that goes to the court

Rep Power: 0 any notes taken by an officer/deputy can be supoenad (if he still has them) by your attorney if you hired one...but for civil traffic violations you dont need an attorney

Rep Power: 0 ty...i didnt the see the cop taking any notes while i was talkin to him..perhaps he wrote them down in his car while ritign the tickets..he took an hour to writ them and he couldnt manage to write my court date right *jan04, 2004* license plate is wrong..and he said that i was on 3 diff streets at the same time..hmm...o0 yea he was following me for 3 blocks and asked why i was runnin away when the copper had his headlights and sirens off..Thats an excuse..so he told me i better plead guilty or i will go to jail when he testifies that i ran away.sure
if thats the case:
1. copper woulda arrested me for contempt of cop or i guess evading one
2. propable cause to check glovebox and trunk..didnt check my car
3. his buddy of his didnt come out of his car..if this was like in the show cops..i think both of them woulda been out
4. back-up...
at this pt i dunno wat to do..i made several threads about this..but neways im not guilty..but the cop has more power..he rote me up for three tickets, mind it was the end of the month. but neways i dunno if pleadin not guilty is safe cuz then the judge wil hear his bs how i was runnin away(civic vs impala) lol sike.

i do the same thing. i made myself a sheet of paper with all the info i would need if i go to court. all i do is fill in the information on my homemade "summons report" and im all set.

Rep Power: 373 if you really wanted to push what happened you could always have the officer's in car camera tape subponed(sp)... thats if he even has/had one at the time of the ticket.
