i had a ticket before too!
THey race in philadelphia near my house in southwest. I live in the area. I was driving home and drove by the races.
A police officer wrote down my license plate becuase my car "LOOKS" like it is a racer and is involved with the local racing.
without knowing my plate was written down, i got a ticket in the mail 2 months layer. the ticket was like $275.00 or something. I payed $300.00 for a lawyer and they dropped my ticket.

i dont think you would've need a laywer. you never signed or pledge to the ticket, so theirs no way they can make you pay for the ticket.

how true is this? I don’t know how old this is. As laws may have changed.. but I just got one today.. said the ticket would be in the mail.. never signed anything..
