does anyone know how much a ticket for a loud exhaust is in fairfax, VA?

what is the legal decibel limit from exhaust systems in VA? did the cop measure how loud your exhast was with some type of meter? if not, do your research, have the decibels measured, and see if it is actually illegal or not. you can find these laws and regulations at your local library.
