Proud Of My Ticket
I Got A Ticket Here In Florida For Doing 72 On A 45. Thats 27mph Over. I Already Took The Ticket To Those Traffic Ticket Team Places Which They Guarrantee No Points Or Ur Money Back
Now My Question Is Will That Ticket Show On The Insurance Records Even Though I Wont Have Points For It?? Will It Go Up??

-nearly all insurance company got their of "sniffing" capability to "sniff" ur ticket record.....even though u don't get points out of it...
-don't ever try to mention ur ticket when ur communicating with ur insurance company...even on phone...
-27mph over....that's a pretty heafty over speed limit...

I have had a ticket before that "wasnt on my record" yet the insurance company found out and the rates went up about $10 a month.

i've gotten a bunch of tickets(not proud) but my insurance rate doesn;t go up unless i have points for it.where did you take your ticket to wrussi? I take mine down to the traffic ticket team on hollywoodblvd. They are the best. They got me off on a street racing ticket where the undercovercop chased us. they should have had us guilty for sure but somehow he got me off with only paying the court cost.

when i was 16 (about a year and a half ago) i got a ticket for 63 in a 35 (28 over). just went to court paid a $110 ticket and my insurance never went up a dime. i dont know about points, they never said anything. im happy though.

ive had 4 previous tickets for stupid stuff including doing a burnout but i didnt know if speeding tickets go in your record
i have 3 points in my liscence because last year i totaled my moms hyundai accent
ive gotten away 3 times from speeding tickets.. ( this time i guess i was goin too fast)
