Unauthorized Use
friend stole my car went joy riding for a while and then brought it back all the while he was drunk. is it worth pressing unauthorized use charges considering that i have to pay 65 bucks to do it, and then the chances that hes found guilty since there was no damage, just woke every on of the neighbors up. is it worth my time, hes already going down with RECIEVING STOLEN PROPERTY, DUI, AND UNDERAGE POSSESION. which stems from the fact that he stole my check card and maxed it out. and stole my cell phone.

Rep Power: 585 nah its not the dude that u met matt. some other kid, he was supposed to come but didnt. my parents want me to do it even though i may not get anything out of it

Rep Power: 275 Do it. $65 in filing costs for you == $100's in legal fees more for his ***. He needs to get hit as hard as possible for this. Every litle bit helps, especially when he's a dumbass and does it again. Police will run his record and see that much more to beat his *** for.
