AEM V2 Intake CARB Legal?

AEM V2 Intake CARB Legal?
Is the AEM V2 intake carb legal? I got pulled over because of it.. stupid cops... if so where can I get the copy of the CARB # or something? mine did not come witht the sticker that says it's carb lega.. sorry guys I couldn't search I am late for work... 
Edited: how do I get the CARB NUMBER for my v2 intake? I have to show them the proof that my intake is carb legal.. what should I do?

yea there's one sticker but it is not a carb #... damn... I will probably trade my intake for now with my sister's 04 LX.. you think hers will fit my 03 civic?

I have a V2 also. It does not have a carb number because it's PENDING carb exemption. That means it's not legal as of now. Put back on the stock intake. I took off my v2 and am using a modified fipkII. The fipk II does have a carb number. Anyway, I'm probably going back to stock soon. If not, I'm staying with this setup. I just can't see spending a few hundred dollars for a few HP gain. but here's my fipkII. check it out!

Rep Power: 0 I just returned my v2 under warranty. The new one I got didn't have the carb sticker either. Kim at aem told me that the carb is still pending. Anyways, I'd like to see that carb number too! I'll call aem on monday again for clarification. If they do have a carb number now then maybe aem could give stickers to those of us that don't have em.

Rep Power: 0 My sister gave me her AEM V2. It has a CARB # D392-21 then on the second line it says 246100.
Pictures kinda suck, I just took them like 10 minutes ago. Ill take a better one during the day. My cell phones flash got kinda in the way.

Rep Power: 0 Carb is mainly for CA i guess since the C stands for california...i just looked at aem site and it doesn't say pending it just says that yes it is 50 state legal....
