Foreign License Plate in front

Hey guys I'm in NY does anyone knwo if it's eprmitted to have a license plate froma foreign country in the front of the car. ( I know I can't in the rear)?

call up your local PD and ask. easy question for them.. im not sure off the top of my head if NY is a 2 plate state or not.

Yeah, that sucks.

If you're not in a 2-plate state, I think you can have whatever you want on the front end, if it's not a US plate, it would just be decoration me thinks.
